Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking a Senior Tax Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to get things done. The role involves traditional tax review and client advisory, along with a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. We rely heavily on our local leadership teams to develop and execute the firm's vision.

What you will do
Support the firm's Director in leading and managing the local team.
Act as a primary contact for clients from retiring partners and new clients.
Collaborate with the executive team on growth initiatives, products, services, and operational strategies.
Review and manage tax return engagements for individuals, businesses (C-corps, S-corps, partnerships), and trusts.
Lead consulting and advisory efforts in the region.
Manage staff in research, training, and development areas.
What we look for
7-12 years of experience with tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and estates.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
CPA or EA certification required.
Experience managing staff and client relationships.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Proprietor mentality and work ethic.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in strategy and operations.
