What You’ll Do :

Coordinate and schedule service calls with efficiency and care
Manage technician and electrician calendars to ensure smooth operations
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Support the service department with administrative tasks and process improvements
Help keep our office and service team keep running like a well-oiled machine

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

In-office availability (this is not a remote role)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness

Prior experience in service coordination — bonus points for electrical or construction industry background

Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude
