What We’re Looking For:
● 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated or high-volume restaurant
● Strong knife skills and a commitment to consistent execution
● Knowledge of classic cooking techniques and Mexican cuisine a plus
● Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
● Works well under pressure and in a collaborative kitchen environment
● Open availability for morning/day and weekend shifts
