Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant position available in the Wixom, Michigan area.

This is a temporary project assignment estimated to last two months. Continued length will be based on needs. Pay rate is $20.00 an hour. Hours will be : Mon-Fri 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., or 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Tasks for the Accounting Assistant position include :

• Office Admin / Light Accounts Receivable
• Invoicing & data entry (invoicing customer portals)
• Emailing invoice packets / paperwork
• Taking credit card payments
• Utilize D365, Office and Outlook
