Ready to be part of something RAD? Join the Ruthie’s All-Day (RAD) crew! We are a cheeky vintage / Chef driven restaurant group bringing seasonal modern twists to traditional American fare. RAD is located in a former historic chocolate factory and is a wood-fired scratch kitchen centered on a “meat ‘n’ three” concept. The wood-fired meats are cooked over live fire with no gas or electric assists. The menu also features 100% wood smoked barbecue (recently reviewed by the Washington Post and also ranked Top 10 BBQ). With service all-day, RAD also features counter culture coffee and breakfast sandwiches during the weekday mornings, and brunch on weekends.

We are looking for an energetic, positive, and most importantly service excellence focused leader that is ready to be part of our management team. We are focusing this position on individuals with a passion for wine and craft cocktails and beers.

We are a family-friendly, all-day restaurant and bar with a custom-built wood-burning hearth. We serve coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner with coffee / breakfast counter service in the morning transitioning to full-service lunch throughout the week, and a modern take on meat and three (including 100% wood-smoked barbecue) in the evening with brunch on the weekends. We also have an extensive beverage program that reflect the flavors and seasonality of the menus, including a wine list with old-world classics and new world producers, cocktails with twists on classic favorites, and a rotating eight draft beer program from local breweries.
