The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations in our Kings Mountain, NC facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and collaborate with team members at all levels to achieve company production goals.

Daily Duties :
- Supervise and manage the production area, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Inspect setups and finished products to confirm accuracy and conformance with plans and specifications.
- Plan and assign work, coordinate employee training, and make decisions regarding hiring, termination, discipline, and performance evaluations.
- Direct and oversee the daily responsibilities of Crew Leaders and Foremen to ensure efficient workflow across the plant and yard.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area, promoting a productive and safe environment.
- Actively collaborate with the Safety Manager to enforce safety rules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist the Plant Manager in managing the facility, including inventory control of products and materials.
- Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Comply with OSHA safety laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Position Requirements :
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of management.Required certifications include ACI certification and NCDOT / SCDOT certifications.High School diploma or equivalent.Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.Ability to work independently, as well as within a cross-functional team environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve practical problems, make logical decisions, and communicate ideas.Working Conditions :
