Claims Analyst

As a Claims Analyst at Rhino + Jetty, you'll assume a critical role on a driven team that is transforming the insurance claims experience.
In this role you will :
- Provide best-in-class claims experience through exceptional resolution of claim files
- Investigate, manage and resolve assigned claims while making decisions consistent with internal best practices
- Operate independently, managing a high volume of daily claim assignments
- Enhance relationships with our partners on the overall claims process through timely and accurate claim adjustment
- Assist in gathering customer feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
- Provide ongoing support to the Claims Team as needed
We're ideally seeking :
An active independent adjusters license is required (or required within the first 3 months of employment)1+ years of full cycle insurance claim handling experience; ideally in auto, general liability, work comp, or renters of homeowners contentsStrong customer service skillsAn all-around team player who is detailed oriented and excels in critical thinkingExcellent written communicationAn understanding of basic insurance concepts, claims, and policy coveragesYou feel at home using G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern workplace technologyFlexibility - We are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected
