Job descriptionLead by example to create a positive, team-focused store culture Lead the day-to-day store operations Support hiring, training and scheduling of store associates Help drive sales performance and ensure goals are met or exceeded Manage Inventory : including restocking, cycle counting bi-weekly, receiving store transfers and purchase orders Open and close the store Build strong customer relationships and community engagement You'll be great for this role if : You have 1+ years of retail / customer service experience (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills A passion for local culture, style and for the Steel City brand You have the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends Perks! - As the Assistant Manager, you’re the store's “Go-To”.
- You’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining visual standards and representing the brand with pride.
