About the Role

We’re looking for a technically strong Senior Product Manager with a background in payments engineering to own and scale our payments ecosystem—the backbone of our platform. The business processes billions of dollars in transactions each year, serving buyers across 100+ countries and paying out to sellers globally.

In this role, you’ll partner across engineering, compliance, finance, and design to ensure our payments infrastructure is seamless, compliant, and optimized for growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape both the technical and business layers of payments inside a rapidly scaling product.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with payment service providers (PSPs) to deliver integrations and manage compliance, risk, and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to refine cost structures, optimize revenue streams, and innovate around payments monetization.
  • Work closely with Legal to address compliance items such as KYC, AML, OFAC, chargebacks, and regulatory reporting.
  • Partner with Product Design, Growth, and Engineering to identify user needs and translate them into payment features and enhancements.
  • Tackle current challenges like fraud prevention and risk management while also driving new initiatives (e.g., launch of a Treasury product).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 4+ years in product management within payments, fintech, or peer-to-peer platforms.
  • Technical Background : CS degree (top-tier program preferred) or prior experience as a software engineer.
  • Compliance Knowledge : Hands-on experience with fraud mitigation and regulatory processes (KYC, AML, OFAC, chargebacks).
  • Mindset : Startup-ready, highly intelligent, and driven to push beyond the status quo.
  • Location : Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in NYC or Palo Alto.
