Activity Therapist - Subacute
This is a Part-time, day shift position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA
The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 5, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 2 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. The merged hospitals are now a -bed community hospital network comprised of a -bed acute care hospital and a -bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1, trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately physicians representing more than specialties.
Reporting to the Director this position coordinates the activity program for the Subacute unit; including but not limited to assessment of resident, development and implementation of resident`s plan of care. Documentation in the resident`s medical record. Development of program policies and procedures.
