Product Engineer

A company is looking for a Product Engineer [Builder] who will own the entire experiment process across product, design, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate hypotheses tied to product metrics and business goals

Define and execute testable experiments using the design system and specialist support

Analyze results, share insights, and propose next steps based on findings

Required Qualifications

3-4+ years in full stack or frontend engineering, preferably in a product-facing role

Experience voicing opinions on product decisions

Basic to intermediate understanding of product and design thinking

Familiarity with AI tools or integrating them into workflows

Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with minimal direction
