A company is looking for an Enrollment & Billing Specialist to support enrollment and billing operations for Care Management programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient outreach, education, and eligibility verification

Oversee claim submission, payment tracking, and denial management

Provide client and patient support regarding billing inquiries and conduct billing analysis

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes

Proficiency in Excel and billing software tools

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Successful completion of a background check
