6 : 45A-7 : 15P, 3x12, EOW is required

Travel : $20 / hr + $1246 stipend = $1966 weekly gross

OT rate : $49.50 / hr

Local : $33 / hr, OT $49.50

Requirements :

WV State Requirements, 1 year exp in LTC
