This position is located at National Security Agency (NSA) Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF) Restaurants Gift Shop at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Responsibilities :

• Provides exemplary customer service to include greeting, professional appearance, positive attitude, and approaching the customer, suggestive selling and adding on.
• Receives special order requests from authorized patrons and assists customers if needed.
• Assists customers locating merchandise throughout the retail stores.
• Incumbents will work issue stations, check-out and process customers through sales store terminals as required.
• Completes retail reports and submits to management.
• Stocks and maintains the sales floor according to daily sales plan.
• Stays current with merchandise assortment.
• Assists management with pricing when needed.
• Maintains housekeeping standards such as dusting, vacuuming, and taking out trash.
• Provides on the job training to new sales store clerks as needed.

Allowances and Differentials : This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
