Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and segmenting leads of DTC brand owners and marketing heads

Writing and testing cold outreach copy to generate replies

Building and managing cold outreach campaigns and automation flows

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in growth, outbound, demand generation, or SDR roles

Experience using outreach and automation tools like Lemlist and ActiveCampaign

Strong written English skills for crafting personalized cold emails

Comfortable with managing workflows and learning new tools

Analytical and organized, with a focus on tracking key metrics
