PayPal Engineering Operational Program Leader

This job provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization's engineering operational programs. This role involves aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives and driving program success through effective management of engineering, technical, and procurement activities.

Minimum Qualifications :
You should be a self-starting leader and very familiar / knowledgeable about best practices surrounding product development lifecycle, product release practices, and go-to-market, ideally in payments / fintech. You are adept at instituting new processes and building ways of working that bring teams together to work more efficiently together. You are a uniter, someone who can connect with teams across the organization at all levels, and you are able to differentiate between loose ends that will work themselves out from critical path issues that need to be escalated and address with an executive audience. You are detail-oriented, great at execution, and a strong project manager. You are a positive and effective communicator at all levels.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $169,500 to $291,500
