Overview

DaBella is looking for a skilled and experienced Enterprise Data Analytics Manager to help guide data strategy and support leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for managing a team of analysts, building reliable reporting systems, and delivering insights that support decision-making across all departments, from day-to-day operations to long-term business planning.

We're looking for someone who brings a strong technical background, a clear understanding of business operations, and the ability to lead both people and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DaBella's Enterprise Data Analytics team, ensuring work is aligned with business priorities and completed on time
• Build and maintain dashboards, models, and KPIs that provide visibility into business performance and forecast future trends
• Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and the C-suite
• Guide team members in developing their skills, improving workflows, and ensuring data accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments to understand reporting needs and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure systems and processes maintain data quality
• Work with software vendors and internal teams to improve data collection and system functionality
