Founding Sales & Events Lead – Seaav (Boston, MA)
Seaav is an ocean-impact activewear brand. We host large-scale women’s wellness events, collaborate with top studios and influencers, and are building the future of ocean-loving activewear from the coast of New England. The Role
We’re seeking a Founding Sales & Events Lead — a Boston-based go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, people-driven environments. You’ll be the heartbeat of Seaav’s growth across events, partnerships, and wholesale. From leading outbound sales and building relationships with studios and retailers to coordinating community events and collaborations, this role blends sales, relationship management, and event coordination under one mission : to grow the Seaav community and make waves.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales and partnership outreach (calls, emails, social media, in-person) to studios, retailers, and wellness brands.
- Manage and grow wholesale relationships, from first touch to signed partnership.
- Maintain Seaav’s CRM to track outreach, leads, and follow-ups.
- Pitch Seaav to studios, influencers, and wellness partners who align with our mission.
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute Seaav-branded events (from yoga flows to large-scale wellness activations).
Secure venues, coordinate with instructors and influencers, and handle all logistics — from pre-event setup to post-event wrap-up.Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion, content capture, and ticketing strategy.Manage onsite experience, registration, product displays, and pop-up sales.Sponsorships & Collaborations
Identify and secure brand-aligned sponsors for events.Coordinate sponsor deliverables, product placement, and activations.Support brand collaborations and co-branded partnership launches.Provide weekly reports on sales activity, partnership progress, and event performance.
Track event revenue, inventory, attendance, and engagement.Collaborate with the Seaav team during weekly check-ins to align on growth goals and creative opportunities.You Are

Based in Boston, MA (or able to attend events in the Boston area weekly).Has a vehicleBachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, events, or marketing.Strong communication and organizational skills.Willingness to work occasional evenings / weekends for events.Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or a CRM.Must have weekend availability.Compensation
