What You’ll Do :

  • Build lasting, authentic relationships with clients by not only meeting, but exceeding their needs.
  • Relentlessly follow up on leads to convert them into happy buyers and sellers.
  • Host open houses and showcase properties with professionalism.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish for a seamless client experience.
  • What You’ll Bring To The Table :

  • A valid Massachusetts Real Estate License.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Intrinsic motivation, drive, and impeccable time management.
  • Sales experience (preferred but not required, we can help you develop it).

    48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Self-determined schedule

    Weekend availability

    Supplemental pay types :
