• Work Monday through Friday, 5x8 schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week with option to work full 40 hours or flex 4 hours
• Must have 3 recent years of TruBeam experience required
• Required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period
• May be required to float to other departments based on competency level
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview
• Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts based on department needs
• Facility may call off shifts without penalty with 48 hours notice for low census
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) License for Radiation Therapy required
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Must obtain and maintain State of Nevada Radiation Control Program certification
• Administer prescribed therapeutic radiation doses to predetermined treatment areas
• Perform localization procedures for treatment preparation
• Operate linear accelerators and simulators
• Provide patient support, education and teaching to cancer patients and families
• Assist with onboarding new team members and educating students
