Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time and a Part-Time skilled and dedicated State Licensed, MRI Technologists to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care. The MRI Technologist will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate diagnostic evaluations. $1000.00 sign on bonus.
Lead MRI Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans on patients, ensuring the highest quality of images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate imaging protocols based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and results obtained.
- Ensure the proper functioning of MRI equipment through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure to radiation.
Lead MRI Technologist Requirements
Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately perform scans and interpret results.Familiarity with medical terminology related to imaging procedures and patient care.Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques, ensuring effective communication with healthcare teams.Previous experience in medical imaging or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care to patients during their imaging experience.New Mexico State license is required (MRT) (RRT)National Certification (ARRT) is requiredJoin our team as an MRI Technologist and contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services through advanced imaging technology!
