We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of software solutions for healthcare clients. In this role, you will manage complex, customer-facing projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth onboarding for radiology practices and health systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing technical acumen with strong client-facing skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, monitor project health, mitigate risks, and drive project success. Accountabilities :

  • Plan, monitor, and manage multiple complex implementation projects independently.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software solutions, from discovery sessions to go-live and transition to support.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client workflows, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Integration resources, to meet project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, maintaining communication with executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders.
  • Track and manage feature requests, ensuring clear documentation and prioritization.
  • Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and escalate blockers as needed.
  • Conduct weekly status meetings and provide leadership with dashboards and reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements, maintain onboarding templates, and share best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or technical project management, preferably in healthcare IT.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, including timeline, scope, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with radiology workflows and healthcare IT systems (HL7, FHIR, EHRs preferred).
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Practical knowledge of SaaS solutions, technical implementations, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and support team learning and improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; startup or growth-stage experience a plus.
