Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Insurance Solutions : Analyze client requirements and design customized insurance solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
Policy Sales : Drive the sales of commercial insurance policies by identifying opportunities and crafting compelling proposals.
Market Analysis : Stay informed on current industry trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and innovative solutions.
Documentation : Handle all documentation related to policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy and diligence.
Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters and claims teams to service client accounts efficiently and effectively.
Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer support and quickly resolve any client concerns or issues.
Requirements
Licensing : Active insurance licensing is required, preferably in Property & Casualty and Life and Health
Experience : A background in insurance, preferably in commercial lines, with demonstrated success in sales or client relations. State Farm experience preferred
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for discussing policy details and resolving customer inquiries.
Customer Focus : A commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Self-Motivation : The ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, managing time and tasks effectively.
Problem-Solving : Adept at identifying client needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with technology and capable of using digital tools to manage client interactions and records efficiently.
Education : A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
