Inpatient Pharmacist

TRAVEL RADIUS : 100 Miles

(Permanent Residence has to be at least 100 miles away from zipcode 55021)

Gross Weekly : $2560 / week ($64) - Non-negotiable

Shift :   5 x 8hrs | 40hrs Days | 6 : 30 AM – 3 PM and 8 : 30 PM – 5 PM

Experience Required :

2 years of Inpatient Pharmacist Experience required

Epic Experience Required

Licenses and Certifications :

Pharmacist License - MN

BLS – AHA

Chemo / Hazardous Drug

IV Certification

Weekend REQ : Will work every 4th weekend
