Family-owned Janitorial Service company located South of Boston looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sale Representative

Full-time or Part-time                                                                                                                                                                                      (mothers hours available)                                                                                                                                                                                          Days / Monday - Friday

What We Are Looking For

Experience in outside sales                                                                                                                                                                                     Valid drivers license with own vehicle                                                                                                                                                                       Highly motivated self-starter                                                                                                                                                                                     Ability to schedule and manager your time effectively                                                                                                                                             Exceptional communication and people skills                                                                                                                                                           Strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor                                                                                                                                             Good written and verbal communication                                                                                                                                                                   The motivation to deliver outstanding results by uncovering new sales opportunities                                                                                              Ability to maintain relationship with customers

Responsibilities and Duties

Identify sales leads generated from a variety of sources : networking, referrals, cold calling                                                                                   Contact leads in a timely manner                                                                                                                                                                             Initiate calls each day to potential customers to determine interest and schedule sales visit                                                                                 Present and explain our services to potential customers                                                                                                                                         Close deal                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Walk new customers through the contract while answering any questions they may have                                                                                     Establish and maintain customer rapport by providing outstanding customer service, follow up and call on all accounts to check in
