Are you a certified Plumber looking for a stable, full-time position maintaining the mechanical systems of a modern corporate headquarters? We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to ensure the optimal function of all plumbing infrastructure within our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of all plumbing systems, fixtures, and components (e.g., water lines, drains, pumps, boilers, water heaters).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair leaks, clogs, pipe breaks, and other plumbing emergencies quickly and effectively.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets, etc.) and appliances.
- Ensure all work meets current building codes and safety standards .
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and replacement work performed.
- Collaborate with the larger mechanical and facilities maintenance team.
