This is a PART TIME role, 5 days a week, approximately 4 hours per day. Requires local travel in person vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed). Job Summary The Courier is responsible for providing essential support services that ensure smooth daily operations across multiple locations. Key duties include pick-up and drop off sales contracts between sites, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages using computerized mailing systems, and delivering items between sites, which requires regular travel. The role also serves as the first point of contact by answering and directing telephone calls professionally and greeting visitors to create a welcoming front desk experience. Flexibility is essential, as the position may include additional responsibilities to support team and organizational needs. Responsibilities Pick up and drop off sales contracts between sites. Process incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and packages by entering and locating work-related information using computers and / or mailing / postage systems. Sort, track, and deliver mail and packages to recipients across multiple locations, requiring regular travel between sites. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information is relayed and callers are routed to the appropriate department or personnel. Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience while managing sign-ins, inquiries, and directing guests to appropriate departments. Manage conference room reservations calendar and responsible for conference room maintenance. Manage office and breakroom supplies inventory. Performs other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support team and organizational needs beyond primary responsibilities. Candidate Profile Education / Experience High school diploma / G.E.D. equivalent At least 1 year of related work experience No supervisory experience required Skills Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with callers, visitors and associates across various locations. Strong English comprehension and communications skills, with the ability to read, understand, and convey information clearly in both verbal and written formats. Demonstrate strong safety consciousness by consistently following workplace safety procedures and maintaining awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents and injuries.
