Project Manager / Space Designer

Join one of the largest privately owned Auto Dealership Groups in the country as a Project Manager / Space Designer. We are seeking a talented individual to develop conceptual floor plans and site plans for both new construction and renovations. In this pivotal role, you will manage the projects from entitlement through to construction, working collaboratively with a range of outside consultants such as surveyors, geotechnical engineers, architects, civil engineers, and landscape architects, as well as manufacturer representatives and vendor partners.

This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available for this role.

Key Qualifications :

Proficient in AutoCAD and space planning

Experience in Automotive or Retail Design is a plus

Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of engaging with all management levels and external partners

Proven ability in independent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical thinking

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strategic execution

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

Demonstrated good judgment and prioritization skills

Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Professional appearance and work ethic

Willingness to travel, with trip frequency based on project needs

Minimum Requirements :

2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Working knowledge of planning, design, construction, and construction management is advantageous
