Cellular Immunology Scientist

A company is looking for a Scientist II to join their Immunology Discovery department in Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in vitro biological assays and test therapeutic antibodies in functional cellular assays

Conceptualize and design strategies for therapeutic reagents, and execute and analyze experiments to support drug discovery

Work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Biological Science or related field with 2-3 years of experience in biotech or pharma

Extensive hands-on experience in primary human T / B cell culture and functional assays

Experience with multi-color flow cytometry and data analysis using FlowJo

Proficient in ELISA / MSD and Luminex cytokine assays for quantifying pro-inflammatory proteins

Basic knowledge of T cell and B cell biology
