Position Summary
Follows processes to assist with processing, insurance verification and authorization, revenue cycle management, compliance and documentation, as well as customer service and issue resolution. Provides support in ensuring accurate billing, efficient revenue flow, and compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of extensive plan writing experience supporting self-funded or fully insured plans.
1-2 years of experience handling SBCs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy performing at high levels in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce experience.
Able to effectively motivate others and lead change and innovation.
Interpersonal skills to include written and verbal communication, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.
Ability to anticipate workload needs and to follow through with minimum direction.
Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $17.00 - $34.15. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
