\n\nJob Description\n

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care in the PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) for patients undergoing various surgical procedures. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to monitor patients' recovery, ensuring their safety and comfort.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Monitor patients in Phase I and Phase II recovery areas

    • \n

  • Manage arterial lines and cardiac monitoring

    • \n

  • Provide post-operative care for surgery cases including Endo / Laparoscopic, General, Ortho, and Ortho / Spine

    • \n

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

    • \n

  • Participate in rapid response situations when necessary

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in PACU or equivalent setting

    • \n

  • Preferred certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS

    • \n

  • Experience with Epic charting system is required for 1st time US travelers
