Claims Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a sharp dependable Claims Coordinator to join our Risk Management this role youll be the behind-the-scenes backbone handling all things related to our auto claims. From downloading and verifying documents to coordinating with vendors and resolving billing disputes your work helps us protect the business and our customers.

You will :

Download organize and process auto claim documents

Enter data into our claims system with accuracy and speed

Double-check documents for missing or conflicting information

Communicate with rental locations customers vendors and team members via phone and email

Follow up to ensure tasks and claims are moving forward smoothly

Resolve billing inquiries and customer disputes with professionalism

Handle general administrative duties like filing scanning and organizing paperwork

Support the Risk Team as needed with additional projects or tasks

Qualification :

High school diploma required; some college is a plus

At least 1 year of experience in an office environment

Comfortable using databases and entering data accurately

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Clear communication skillsboth written and spoken

Prior experience in claims insurance or risk management is a bonus

Rental car industry experience is a plus but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
