Job descriptionMinimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or heavy-duty welding environment (preferred, not required). Proficiency with MIG (wire feed) welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures. Strong understanding of work order routings and part layout using weld fixtures. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. $1.75 shift premium after training on day shift Night Shift (6 : 00pm-4 : 30pm) Located in Ooltewah, TN

Position Summary :
We are seeking a Welder to join our team. This role involves operating cranes, fabricating metal components, and maintaining welding tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Layout, position, and align metal parts into welding fixtures.
- Set up gas-shielded MIG welding equipment and weld components to precise specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols to complete daily assignments.
- Utilize hand tools, clamps, and grinders to prepare and finish welded materials.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
