Shift Differentials :

Evenings : +$3.00 / hr

  • Nights : +$1.00 / hr
  • Weekend Days : +$3.00 / hr
  • Weekend Evenings : +$4.00 / hr
  • Weekend Nights : +$4.00 / hr
  • Schedule :   We have f ull-time and part-time positions available across all shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.

    • What You'll Do :

  • Provide high-quality care to residents
  • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
  • Implement and evaluate care interventions
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

    • What Youll Need :

  • Active NE LPN license
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Long-term care experience preferred New grads welcome!
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
