Work Style (Mon-Thurs 9 hour days) Friday WFH 4 hour day. Can earn a second day from home at manager discretion

Pay 50-60K May be able to stretch 5k for a perfect person.

AR / Collections duties Duties :

Collections 50 / 60% of time - Targeted daily "Soft / tactful" collections inquiries on past due invoices - they are averaging about 10 million in 90 day past due. They are an MEP and operate under a "Pay when Paid" environment. This is like most General contractors so construction experience would be good.

Other tasks ( Corporate credit card recs, Client invoicing, Monthly related AR related financial reports, Maybe Cash / collection forecasting)

Payment processing and payment plan construction

Customer relationship management (ME Engineers has great relationships so need someone with a good personality)

May get into the account recs, Journal entries etc..

Experience

Degree not required but ideal

Prior experience with Deltek would be awesome

Experience within Engineering, construction and or architecture would be ideal
