We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Paoli, Pennsylvania. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to healthcare revenue cycle management while working in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare insurance processes, including Medicaid and Workers' Compensation. Responsibilities include handling accounts receivable tasks with precision and timeliness to support the organization's financial operations, managing healthcare billing processes, ensuring compliance with Medicaid and Workers' Compensation regulations, collaborating effectively with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, performing accurate data entry to maintain accurate records and streamline billing operations, monitoring and resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable to ensure timely payments, applying attention to detail in all aspects of billing and data management to uphold accuracy and efficiency, maintaining knowledge of healthcare insurance systems and processes to enhance revenue cycle performance, providing support in administrative and billing tasks to assist in day-to-day financial operations, participating in virtual meetings and communicating effectively with stakeholders to address billing inquiries, and adapting to hybrid work settings while maintaining productivity and focus.

Requirements include previous experience in medical billing or healthcare billing, proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, familiarity with healthcare insurance systems, including Medicaid and Workers' Compensation, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders, knowledge of the healthcare industry and revenue cycle processes, and experience in handling accounts receivable tasks in a healthcare setting.
