• Job Description :
• This is a temporary role starting ASAP through EOY, with the possibility to extend or convert to permanent.
• Part-time : Approximately 20 hours per week during business hours.
• Ideal candidate must have a strong UX / UI portfolio showcasing website B2B redesign with sharp, well-thought-out wireframes, quality visual execution, consistency, and strong conceptual thinking.
• Experience with Adobe AEM is a plus, but not required.
• Must be willing to be hands-on with execution and also manage a team.
• W2 only; candidate must be located in the U.S.
• Fully remote.We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (UX / UI) to lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences across web, mobile, and commerce. This role combines strategic UX thinking with exceptional UI craft, guiding teams to deliver intuitive, visually compelling solutions that meet user needs and business goals.### Key Responsibilities
• Lead the creative vision and execution of UX / UI across multiple digital products and platforms.
• Drive user-centered design strategies, from research and journey mapping to polished visual design.
• Oversee concept development, prototyping, and usability testing, ensuring clarity and cohesion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Present and articulate design rationale to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.### What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual excellence.
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing creative direction.
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong understanding of responsive web, native apps, and familiarity with front-end technologies.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Nice-to-Haves :
• Agency or consultancy experience, eCommerce background, and interest in AI-driven design.The hourly pay range for this position is $54.33 - $87.91. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
