Our global solutions team is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist (Client Services) to assist a major media and entertainment client with a large-scale return-to-office initiative. This role will focus on supporting end users as they transition back into on-site environments, ensuring that workstations, devices, and systems are fully configured and operational. You will play a key role in setting up and maintaining IT equipment, providing hands-on technical support, and ensuring a seamless user experience during this critical operational phase.
Our ideal resource combines strong desktop support expertise with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You will manage workstation setups, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support enterprise collaboration tools across multiple office environments. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic media organization and make a direct impact on user productivity and satisfaction as teams return to in-person collaboration.
This role will be performed 5 days / week on-site in either the Hollywood, CA or Burbank, CA areas.

The base range for this contract position is $30-$33 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and additional factors including skills, experience, and education. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
