A company is looking for a Customer Support Executive (Chinese speaking) to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and activate new Chinese-speaking brands, guiding them through the setup and integration process
Optimize campaign-specific offers and prepare end-of-campaign reports for account managers
Engage in daily or weekly communication with clients via WeChat and manage advertising campaign delivery
Required Qualifications
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese
Experience in a Customer Support or Customer Success role within the B2B space
Ability to work in the China Standard Time Zone
Familiarity with Google Suite / Spreadsheets and WeChat
Experience with Asana or Salesforce
