Description :

We are seeking a Nursing Administrator with experience in nursing administration.

The hospital has 231 beds and is a teaching hospital.

The environment is team-oriented and travel-friendly.

The nursing unit includes various clinical procedures and patient types.

You will function independently in cases and will be responsible for assessing patient needs.

You will work with strong IV skills and critical care experience.

Knowledge in the designated skill set is essential for success in this role.

You must be able to interpret cardiac rhythms accurately.

On the unit, there will be support from a coordinator and lead technicians.

The primary charting system used is EPIC, along with various medical devices and equipment.

You will float between different specialized areas as needed.

You are required to cover on-call duties, with expectations outlined in the policy.

The scheduling consists of four days per week, with flexibility and rotation.

All policies regarding call response time, off-time requests, and holidays will apply.

You will work as a part of a large team, emphasizing collaboration and support.

This role requires adherence to personal grooming standards to maintain a professional appearance.

Direct patient care requires compliance with specific guidelines regarding artificial nails.
