Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual merit and bonus review process ensuring accuracy and timely execution globally
Deliver market insights through benchmarking and manage external surveys
Review and communicate compensation policies, managing reward operations and governance
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Reward, including compensation and salary benchmarking
Knowledge of incentive-based compensation plans and practices
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Resourcefulness and tenacity in overcoming obstacles
