YOUR DAY WORKING IN THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JOB

As our Customer Service Rep, you'll start your day by greeting customers with professionalism and warmth over the phone. You'll manage the company inbox, respond to inquiries, and ensure every message gets to the right place. Booking and confirming service appointments in ServiceTitan will be a big part of your role, along with notifying clients of any schedule changes and keeping technicians on track. You'll also help with dispatching calls, creating new leads, checking in on satisfied customers, and lending a hand with scheduling and reporting. Every task you take on keeps our team running smoothly and our customers smiling.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Prior customer service, call center, or office experience required
  • ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred (but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or the construction industry preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
