Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned law firms, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Drive client success through proactive outreach, business reviews, and strategic planning
Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers while contributing to program improvements
Required Qualifications
Previous people leadership experience or ability to coach and mentor team members
Knowledge of accounting and billing processes, including QuickBooks Online and LEDES billing
Experience in conflict management and resolution
Understanding of integrations and upselling opportunities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
