Your Key Responsibilities
Execute test procedures required to develop competitive hardware, software, electronics, and systems in accordance with defined protocols.
Apply test procedures and test protocols to ensure the validity, reliability, and repeatability of test results.
Collaborate with accountable engineers to design or adjust test procedures as needed to meet project goals and requirements.
Set up test rigs, instruments, and equipment accurately to perform scheduled testing activities.
Conduct testing activities meticulously, document results thoroughly, and assess outcomes in cooperation with the project leader.
Maintain, calibrate, and service test equipment, ensuring their operational availability and functionality at all times.
Identify and report test anomalies or deviations, providing detailed feedback and supporting troubleshooting efforts.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized testing environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights from test data and operational experience.
Your Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
0 to 3+ years of experience
Previous experience as a Test Technician or experince in tooling or machining
Familiarity with test instrumentation, test stands, and electronics or systems testing methodologies
Ability to interpret technical drawings, test procedures, and engineering documentation
Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and documentation skills
Proficient with basic software tools used for data entry and reporting (e.g., MS Office)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working within cross-functional teams
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to test execution and equipment maintenance
