What You Will Do
- Manages the sales team’s operating budget, strategic plans, and finances, facilitating the implementation and communication of plans and overseeing tracking and progress to achieve revenue and financial goals.
- Oversees business processes to achieve revenue targets through new client sales and onboarding, ensuring exceptional service; identifies and addresses procedural and policy concerns.
- Establishes relationships between product management, customer experience, legal, and operations to support strategic sales initiatives and goals.
- Works with finance to identify trends, ensuring accurate projections and attainable goals for the sales team.
- Manages and reviews product improvements and pricing, ensuring adherence to policy and standards; reviews pricing exceptions and addresses pricing issues to achieve sales objectives.
- Ensures sales teams build meaningful relationships and creates an excellent client, carrier, and vendor experience to support a positive brand perspective.
- Partners with sales leaders to advise on overall sales team performance and development, identifying skills gaps and creating opportunities to achieve successful outcomes.
- Provides support and coaching to the sales team during calls and demonstrations, ensuring training and development to meet objectives and goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.Experience Qualifications
Typically 10+ years of experience.Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Confident with knowledge of products and services.Strong data analytics, budget management, and technology skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to inspire, develop, and lead a team.Travel Requirements

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $162,000.00 per year. Final offer based on skills, education, location, and experience. Candidates in sales may be eligible for commissions per TriNet’s plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan, eleven Company-observed holidays, paid time off, and a comprehensive leave program.
