Project Manager / Project Architect
Location : Cleveland, Ohio
Garmann Miller is seeking a full-time project manager / project architect to join our Cleveland, Ohio, area team. This role is ideal for a professional with 5–10 years of experience who can lead project coordination, client communication, and design execution across multiple sectors, with a focus on K–12 and public architecture.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all project phases from concept through construction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams
- Communicate project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Oversee development of construction documents and ensure quality control
- Interpret and apply building and zoning codes
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
