Your Purpose

We are offering a full-time opportunity for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance at our Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices. This position will transition to being primarily based on-site in Miami once we expand our future headquarters at Block 55.

Your Impact

• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issues
• Walk employees through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting for at-home employees
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Equipment Inventory maintenance
• Flexibility to travel to the Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices
