Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center is currently seeking LPNs to join our dedicated team.

Job Description:
As an LPN at Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations

Qualifications:

- Required Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
- Required current CPR

-Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required
