A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team building backend data and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of backend data and analytics platforms
Hire and develop engineers through coaching and feedback
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap for analytics applications
Required Qualifications and Education
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of software development experience using object-oriented languages such as Go, Java, or C#
2+ years of experience leading engineers and providing technical direction
Experience with data platforms and storage technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Experience architecting and building resilient backend services using agile practices
