Manager, Space Planning Farm Products
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Space Planning to lead the merchandising strategy for the Farm Products category. This role will oversee planogram development, floor layouts, signage, fixtures, and in-store execution. Youll lead a team of Space Planners and collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Store Operations, Marketing, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead planogram, floor planning, and visual merchandising strategies
- Manage and develop a small team of Space Planners
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on category goals
- Drive system improvements, including Blue Yonder / JDA upgrades
- Ensure timely, accurate in-store execution
- Present business cases for resets and category expansions
